In 2008 we launched Hackstory project, focusing on a wiki with the same name. The intention was to preserve the memory of the hacker community. With the information we retrieved, mostly relating to the Spanish community, in 2012 we created the book "Hackstory.es".
New journalism experiment. In 2014 I launched a crowdfunding campaign to raise money to cover a computer security congress. My client was not a newspaper but people interested in that Congress, who paid the campaign. In return, I relayed the main talks viaTwitter and wrote a daily chronicle of the Congress.
In 2000 I was part of the team that "imported" from Italy the tradition of Hackmeetings, annual meetings for the hacktivist community, each year in a different city. The first Spanish hackmeeting was held in Barcelona.
